Refund Policy

Defective or damaged products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours from the delivery date with a video and pictures of the product. The customer must include a video and pictures of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. We will gladly send a replacement order or refund the full amount. Please note that We are not responsible for damaged packaging in transit, only for the proper functioning of the products, and we always ensure that our customers are satisfied.

Items in transit

By placing an order with us, you agree to our delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the specified time frames, but external factors such as customs controls can sometimes cause delays. If the delivery times of your order exceed our indicated timeframe by 20 business days, you can contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement order or a full refund.


However, if you are not satisfied, and wish to have a refund, you can send the product back to us. Just send us an e-mail to explain the reason.

Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are deemed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information and shipping information for the customer for verification.
